We require a 50% deposit on all orders unless ordered within two weeks of due date than the total amount will be due at time of order. When sending in an order form please note that you will be required to pay the deposit within 2 days. Once received if deposit is not paid within 2 days of receiving it your order will not be made and the order WILL BE CANCELLED. If we are unable to provide our services to you the customer we will send back a direct message regarding your request and why we will be unable to provide the services. Once deposit is paid the order is considered booked if canceled Please note that we do not respond to order forms immediately we check them only during business hours: Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm EST Please ensure to fill out all questions on the form if left blank order WILL BE DECLINED and you will have to fill out another form. Please allow 48 hours for return phone calls, messages, etc. 2. Please respect our privacy. 3. Please do not seek out personal phone numbers or social media pages. 4. Please limit phone calls to 1 call per day. 5. Phone calls or messages may be made Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm at 423-437-7557. 6. Although Lacy wishes to speak to everyone at every visit/call, it is important to her that you receive a personal experience and can be taken care of by any of her staff if you wish to speak with her personally they can set up a time for such meeting. Lacy’s Cakes and Catering reserves the right to use all photographs of the services/food items for advertising All orders over $150 will have a signed contract along with all wedding cakes and catering events. Postponement/Cancellation 1. The Client must notify Lacy’s Cakes and Catering if there is a change in the date of the event or a complete cancellation. 2. If the postponement occurs before 7 days of the event, no penalty fee will be charged. 3. If the postponement occurs after 7 days prior to the event, the Client will be charged a $50 fee. 4. If a cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the date of the event, all money will be refunded minus the retainer fee. 5. If a cancellation occurs after 7 days prior to the event, 75% will be refunded less the non-refundable retainer fee.
