Hello all and welcome! My name is Antoinette and I am the owner of La Cocina Pan- Dough. I’m a Colorado native born and raised in the beautiful mountains in Leadville. From a young age, I was diagnosed with diabetes and was often restricted with foods. I have had a focus and drive to create sweets and treats in the kitchen, joining school programs and experimenting with new recipes that were both delicious and diabetic friendly. With the hustle and bustle of life, my dreams of owning my own baking business was put on hold, but my passion never died. With continued work and honing down on recipes that I know not only my friends and family, but you the consumer will enjoy, I have finally taken the plunge and have opened my very own Home Bakery right in Thornton. As a licensed and certified baker, I specialize in tres leches cakes as well as layered cakes and cupcakes, and other sweets. All of my cakes are great for birthday parties, baby showers, and other celebrations, or something to have on hand when craving a midnight snack. I have SUGAR FREE, and GLUTEN FREE options for most of my desserts. **Order Policy**

1. **Payment Requirements:**

- Orders below $100: Full balance must be paid at the time the order is placed to confirm.

- Orders of $100 or more: A 50% deposit is required when the order is placed, with the remaining balance due one week before the order is due.

- Cash payments: Full balance is required upfront, regardless of the order total.

2. **Delivery Fee:**

- Delivery is available for an additional fee.

3. **Payment Methods:**

- Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay.

- Cash payments are accepted on a case-by-case basis only.

4. **Order Confirmation:**

- Payment is required at the time the order is placed to secure your pick-up or delivery date and time.

5. **Cancellation Policy:**

- If you cancel your order, only 50% of the total balance is refundable.

- If I need to cancel your order due to a conflict on my end, a full refund will be issued.
