Tasty! The flavor is excellent and satisfying. The bagels have a dense, hearty consistency that makes them filling and substantial. They do lean a bit on the firm and compact side, becoming tough to chew after some time so, I end up cutting them in smaller and slimmer slices. I look forward for the refined texture, as they have great potential!
