1. Deposit Requirement:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required to secure your custom order. This deposit ensures that the order is reserved in our schedule.

2. Final Balance:

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. This allows us to finalize your order and ensure everything is prepared to your specifications.

3. Payment Methods:

• We accept payments via website, Zelle, ApplePay, Cashapp and bank transfers. All payments must be confirmed before the order is processed.

4. Cancellations:

• If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date for a refund of your deposit, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Changes to Orders:

• Any changes to your order must be made at least 7 days prior to the pickup or delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

6. No-Show Policy:

• If you do not pick up your order or are unavailable for delivery on the scheduled date without prior notice, the order will be considered a no-show, and the final balance will not be refunded.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please plan to pick up your order within the agreed-upon pickup time. If you need to make any adjustments to your scheduled pickup, please contact me in advance to ensure availability.

Late Pickup Policy

At Ky’s Confections, I value both my clients’ time and my baking schedule. Timely pickups help me stay on schedule and ensure that other orders are prepared and fulfilled as planned.

Grace Period: A 20-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled pickup time.

Late Fee: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, a $10 late pickup fee will apply.

Communication Is Key: If you anticipate being late, please reach out as soon as possible. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I am always willing to communicate and work with you when possible.

Extended Delays: If you are significantly delayed, please contact me to discuss pickup arrangements. Additional arrangements are subject to availability.

Please be mindful that late pickups can affect my schedule and delay other orders. I kindly ask that you respect my time as I respect yours.

At Ky’s Confections, we want to make enjoying your favorite desserts as convenient as possible! We offer local delivery throughout Kennesaw, Georgia, and select surrounding areas for customers who prefer to have their sweet treats delivered directly to their door.

Local Delivery Rates

Delivery fees are based on the one-way driving distance from our Kennesaw pickup location to your designated delivery address.

* 0–5 miles: $7

* 6–10 miles: $11

* 11–15 miles: $17

* 16–20 miles: $22

* 21–25 miles: $25

Extended-Distance Deliveries: Delivery requests beyond our standard 25-mile service radius must be discussed with the baker before the order is confirmed. Additional mileage, travel time, and delivery availability will be considered when determining the final fee. Extended-distance delivery is not guaranteed.

Delivery Guidelines

* Advance Scheduling: Delivery must be requested when placing your order. Advance notice is strongly encouraged to ensure availability.

* Same-Day and Next-Day Requests: These requests are subject to the baker’s availability, current order volume, and delivery schedule. Additional fees may apply.

* Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and accessible drop-off instructions. Changes to the delivery location after confirmation may result in an additional fee.

* Delivery Windows: A delivery date and estimated time window will be confirmed before the order is finalized. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

* Cake and Dessert Handling: Please ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or custom-decorated orders. Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for proper handling, storage, and transportation transfers to the customer.

* Delivery Fee Payment: The applicable delivery fee will be communicated before the order is finalized and must be paid with the order balance.
