1. Deposit Requirement: • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required to secure your custom order. This deposit ensures that the order is reserved in our schedule. 2. Final Balance: • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. This allows us to finalize your order and ensure everything is prepared to your specifications. 3. Payment Methods: • We accept payments via website, Zelle, ApplePay, Cashapp and bank transfers. All payments must be confirmed before the order is processed. 4. Cancellations: • If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date for a refund of your deposit, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Changes to Orders: • Any changes to your order must be made at least 7 days prior to the pickup or delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. 6. No-Show Policy: • If you do not pick up your order or are unavailable for delivery on the scheduled date without prior notice, the order will be considered a no-show, and the final balance will not be refunded. Pick Up Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) Saturday-Sunday (9am-4pm) • Located in Kennesaw, GA (30067) *Address will be included in your invoice. Late Pickup Fee • Please be on time to pickup orders. Up to 20 minutes late with no communication, customer will be charged $10 late fee. • Here at Ky’s Confections we value our clients time, so we ask you to return the favor to us. Being late delays Baker’s schedule as well as pushes back other orders. •Please communicate with me to avoid this fee. I do understand unexpected things happen.
