Custom orders require advance notice for cancellation or changes. Deposits are non-refundable depending on timing.

Yes, everything is baked fresh daily in small batches.

We recommend storing items in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerating cakes as needed.
Pickup Policy & Late Collection Terms
To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all customers, the following pickup policy applies to all orders:
* Customers will receive a 5-minute grace period after their scheduled pickup time.
* If an order has not been collected within 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, a $5 late pickup fee will be added to the order.
* If an order remains uncollected 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the order will be considered abandoned and cancelled.
* Cancelled orders due to non-pickup are not eligible for a refund.
* By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these pickup terms and fees.
