Hello! I’m Teakorya Johnson, the proud owner and creative force behind Kustom Kravings. I’m a self-taught baker with over a decade of hands-on experience, blending skill, imagination, and a whole lot of heart into every dessert I create. From custom cakes to gourmet treats, I specialize in transforming sweet ideas into edible art that makes your celebrations unforgettable.

Around here, I like to call myself your Certified Treat Pusher—the person you call when you want something delicious, creative, and made just for you. Every order is crafted with intention, quality, and a little bit of sparkle to match your moment.

KUSTOM KRAVINGS POLICIES

TERMS & CONDITIONS

***EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ***

ORDERS

KK prefers 14 days’ notice for all orders. Short-notice orders may be accepted if availability permits and may include a rush fee. Designs based on photos from other bakers will be interpreted by KK and exact replication is not guaranteed.

RETAINERS

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required within 5 days to secure your date. Short-notice orders require immediate payment. If KK completes the product as invoiced and the customer refuses it, the retainer will not be refunded.

SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME

Customers must arrive at the agreed pickup time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed before a $5 late fee is applied for every additional 15 minutes. Late fees must be paid before items are released. Schedule changes require 24-hour notice and must be approved by KK.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If KK must cancel your order due to illness or emergency, your retainer will be refunded within 7 days.

FINAL BALANCE, PAYMENT, & PICKUP

Remaining balance is due on or before pickup and must be paid before products leave KK’s possession. Customers must inspect items at pickup; KK is not responsible once products leave the premises.

DELIVERY

Delivery is offered at KK’s discretion. Once delivered in acceptable condition, responsibility transfers to the customer. If the customer is not present at the delivery time, the order will return to KK for customer pickup.

DAMAGE & THIRD-PARTY PICKUP

Third-party pickups require a signed release form. KK is not liable for any damage once items leave KK’s possession.

CUSTOMER PICKUP LIABILITY

Customers assume full responsibility for safe transport and storage once products are released. KK is not liable for damage due to heat, handling, or improper storage.

REFUND • CANCELLATION • POSTPONEMENT POLICY

POSTPONEMENT

If your event needs to be rescheduled for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible. All new dates are subject to availability. Your retainer will transfer to the new date one time. Additional date changes may require a new retainer.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel your order, the following policy applies:

Retainer

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances. Retainers allow for your spot to be held and may prevent KK from using an available spot if you cancel.

Refund Eligibility

• 30+ days before event: Refund minus the non-refundable retainer and cost of supplies.

• 8–29 days before event: Partial refund at the discretion of Kustom Kravings.

• 7 days or less: No refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of cancellation.

CREDIT OPTION

If you are not eligible for a refund, any remaining balance may be credited toward a future purchase. Credits must be used within 6 months unless otherwise stated in writing.
