Why aren't refunds given if I cancel?
Refunds aren't given unless I cancel or I'M at fault because once an order is booked & paid for, I immediately start preparing for that order. Time & Money is being spent once your payment is sent. Please make sure you want to book before booking.
Why do refunds take up to 2-5 business days?
Refunds may take up to 2-5 business days because once you send me your payment, it goes straight into a business savings account. Which means, in order to refund you ASAP, I use my business credit card for refunds.
