To confirm your order, a deposit is due within 48 hours of placing it, and all deposits must be made by 11:59 PM on Sunday evening, which is when our ordering window closes. Final payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery, so you can just settle up when you receive your fresh, delicious meals!

We know that everyone’s needs can be a little bit different, and we want you to feel at home with your meal choices. All our meals are crafted to serve eight hearty portions, and while we keep things streamlined and simple, we do offer the option for a little extra customization if you need it. If you have specific preferences—like a particular level of preparedness (e.g., cooked vs. marinated only), a slight ingredient tweak, increasing or decreasing portions, single-serving packaging, or an allergy accommodation—just let us know! When you add an item to your cart, you’ll see a notes section where you can share any custom requests with us. For these custom requests, there may be a small additional charge of around 5-15%, depending on the complexity. We appreciate your patronage and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We’re excited to share how our meal schedule works. Each week, we’ll be offering several delicious meals that rotate on a four-week cycle. That means you’ll get a fresh variety without the overwhelm. Plus, on certain weeks we’ll have a special featured item that adds a little extra surprise to the mix. We can’t wait for you to enjoy these meals with us!

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to give the pickup location.
Pickup time is between 6 and 7 on Friday evening.
If you have timing limitations or special instructions, feel free to include them in your order notes.
đźšš Delivery
We deliver all meals frozen to maintain quality, freshness, and food safety.
Your meals will arrive fully frozen and ready for your freezer.
Delivery Fees & Radius
• $15 flat delivery fee within a 10-mile radius of Greenville, Ohio.
• 10–15 miles: $20 delivery fee
• 15–20 miles: $25 delivery fee
• Delivery times will be either Thursday or Friday afternoon and early evening, based on your location and our delivery route.
If you’re outside our standard delivery range, feel free to reach out — we may be able to arrange delivery for an adjusted fee.
