When ordering, please provide the following information: -DATE order is required -WHAT you are inquiring about (cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cakepops, etc) -SIZE/QUANTITY you would like to order -FLAVOUR(S) required -OCCASION/THEME information -COLOUR(S) desired -DELIVERY/PICKUP (please specify collection or requiring delivery) -EXTRAS please advise if you require any specific decorations such as personalized toppers, fresh flowers, etc. Collections on WEEKDAYS: -between 5 p.m. & 7 p.m. (unless agreed otherwise) Collections on WEEKENDS & DELIVERIES: -a mutually convenient time will be arranged

We offer FREE delivery up to a 15 km radius from our Tillsonburg Location. 16km+ the delivery fee will be $1.00/km round trip -- if your delivery location is 19kms from the store, your delivery fee would be $38.00.

Krystie's Creations is a home based business, therefore due to the risk of cross-contamination I cannot cater for any allergies or food intolerance. All my cakes and treats are baked and prepared in a kitchen which contains and routinely uses the following: -Milk -Eggs -Nuts (ALL) -Soya -Wheat & Gluten If you are purchasing as a gift for someone else, please be sure they do not have an allergy or food intolerance before placing your order. Please be aware that your order may also contain some non-edible components such as decorative toppers, fresh flowers, dowels, etc. Which will need to be removed prior to consumption - these will be indicated to you at the time of delivery/collection.

For all orders under $50.00, FULL payment is required at time of placing your order - Until this payment has been received, then your order is not confirmed in my bookings and your slot may be booked by another customer. For orders over $50.00, you are welcome to pay the total amount upfront, or you have the option to make an initial deposit of 50% of the total, with the remaining balance being due upon collection/delivery- if the remaining balance is not received upon collection/delivery you will not be leaving with your order. *payment is accepted via cash, or e-transfer.

If you need to cancel your order, refunds will only be given up to two weeks before your collection/delivery date. No refund will be given anytime after this. This is due to me having to buy & prepare ingredients, supplies/items that are required for your order in advance and also for the loss of business should I not be able to fill your allotted time with a replacement order.

Please be sure to follow the cake care information provided as once your order has left my care, I can no longer be held responsible for any damages caused! I do not use any preservatives in my items, therefore they should be treated as fresh foods and are best consumed within 72 hours of collection/delivery.

If you have any immediate concerns about your order, then please notify me upon collection/delivery inspection so that I may have the opportunity to rectify it. All other concerns should be made to me in writing within 24 hours of collection/delivery & evidence of the fault or issue should be included. PLEASE NOTE: A discretionary refund will only be given if the uneaten items are returned and are proven to be unsuitable for consumption or not as ordered. NO refunds will be given due to change of mind.
