All order must go through the “ORDER REQUEST ” at the top of my website. That assures that I get all the information that I will need for me to give you a proper quote.
Once I confirm your order, I will reach out to you for any additional information of needed.
🎂 Do you cater to any food allergies?
Krissiegscakes does not typically cater to any food allergies. Please note that my cakes do contain gluten, dairy, soy, and possible tree nut and peanut cross contamination.
I cannot guarantee that my cakes and treats will be completely allergen-free.

💰Do you require a deposit?
YES! I take a 50% non refundable deposit upon confirmation of your order, then the remaining 50% is due the day of your event at pickup or delivery.
🚗 Do you offer delivery?
YES! The first 15 miles is free. Anything over 15 miles, I charge a $1/mile fee, up to 35 miles.
Delivery is recommended on any tiered cakes. (2 tier or greater)
Cake delivery is insurance for your cake, ensuring it arrives to your destination in perfect condition. Once the cake leaves my hands, I no longer assume responsibility for any damage.
🗓️ Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?
I require that orders are placed with at least 2 weeks notice. More elaborate designs will need greater lead time.
❌ What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellations:
* If you need to cancel, you must do so 1 week prior to pick-up/delivery. You will not be charged the remaining balance due. Deposits are non-refundable.
*Any cancellations less than 7 days of order due date, you will be charged 25% of your remaining balance due.
Refunds:
*Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of these cakes and treats, I am unable to offer refunds for any custom orders.
* Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered “accepted” - I will ask to make sure that everything is correct, such as spelling, colors, design, etc.
* All products are the responsibility of the customer once your cake is pick-up/delivered. I am not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake/treats during transport, set-up, or anytime after. No refunds.
* I do my best to provide you with transport instructions, how to carry the items, and how to store.
☀️ Are you available for orders any day of the week?
At this time, I am only booking weekends (F, Sa, & Su).
If there is a date that you need, with ample advance notice, that is on a weekday, reach out to me. I may be able to work with you based on my schedule.
