No. Since the items we sell are perishable, we do not accept returned baked goods for refund. Once picked up or delivered, all items are the responsibility of the customer.
We however stand by the quality of our baked goods and will do our best to make things right if an issue occurs. Please contact us at krazygoodkookies@gmail.com immediately if any issues arise.

Our kake pops and kakesicles come in white or milk chocolate with a lil drizzle or sprinkles. We hope to offer more customizations in the future.
Are your treats allergen-free?
No, our baked goods are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come in contact with allergens such as dairy products, wheat, nuts, soy, tree nuts, eggs, and gluten / wheat flour. While we do not add physical nuts to our baked goods, we cannot guarantee they are allergen free. All products may contain small traces of peanuts and tree nuts so we recommend to play it safe and not purchase if a customer has known reactions to food allergens.
Why are there minimum quantity thresholds for preorders?
It is extremely difficult to make one cookie, especially one cookie in different flavors. Krazy Good Kookies is a teen baking business, and we bake fresh, so we have to plan and schedule our baking days in the most cost and time effective way. As we grow, we hope to offer more flexibility in ordering 😉.
How long do your treats last?
Our kookies, kakes, and other treats last up to 5 days if left at room temperature in their heat sealed packaging. If you would like to extend their shelf-life, they may be placed in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to eat, allow 1-2 hrs to thaw at room temperature. Place cookies in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes for an ooey gooey treat, and enjoy!
Chocolate covered Oreos, kakesicles/pops may last longer than 5 days if refrigerated.
All cheesecake kups must be refrigerated shortly after receipt, and should not be kept longer than 7-10 days.
How are your treats packaged?
Our treats are placed in standard baker boxes for local pickup and delivery. However, items can be individually wrapped at your request. If requested to be wrapped individually, applicable items will be placed in heat sealed packaging to maintain freshness.
