All Kustom Kake Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance ( pending reservation opening). Orders accepted in less than a two week time frame carries a $60 rush fee and must be paid in full. All orders under $100 must be paid in full upon receipt of sent invoice. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of order. Final payment is due 14 business days before the reserved date( wedding cakes 45 days before event). Unless there is a cancellation caused by Kouture Kreations By Lo, an act of God, there is NO REFUND .No refunds will be given under any circumstance in any situation unless approved by KKBL. Rescheduling of any kind must be MADE and APPROVED at least 3 weeks before the event date AND at the discretion and availability of Kouture Kreations By Lo. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in complete cancellation on the order at the discretion of Kouture Kreations By Lo. Cake pickup is scheduled one week prior to event date. You are given a 15 min grace period. After 15 minutes, there is a $30 late fee charge per 15 min increments that must be paid BEFORE the cake or items is released into your possession. If there is need for a change in the time for pickup, please communicate with us at least 2 hours prior to. Once a cake leaves our possession, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES THEREAFTER. When traveling with cake in possession, please make sure there is adequate cooling and adequate space available in the floor board of the vehicle. Please make sure there is ADEQUATE space and cool areas ( 65 degrees and under is recommended) for the cake to be stored. We DO NOT recommend leaving cakes outdoors.Delivery is available starting at $45 within 25 miles and $100 and up for areas outside of the 25 mile radius. Please make sure to specify pickup or delivery upon booking.
