Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds on custom orders once they have been confirmed. Custom orders are created specifically for your event, and once finalized, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer helps cover the planning and preparation time associated with your order. If the order is canceled or rescheduled, the retainer is not refundable under any circumstances.

Once you have picked up your order from us, we are not responsible for any damage or spoilage that may occur during transportation, storage, or handling. We advise that you follow all transport, cutting, and storing instructions provided with your product(s). Failure to do so may result in quality issues, and we will not be held responsible for any resulting damages.

If you are placing an order within 21 days of the order date a 100% payment is required, if a non-refundable retainer is paid and a final payment is not paid within two weeks the order may be forfeited.
