Yes! Kookie Kouture accepts same-day orders. Available cookies only from our weekly menu items only, while supplies last.
Custom orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance of your desired pickup date.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed here, through our website. Chose from our 4 count box, 6 count box or 12 count box. Same day orders are available while products last.
What is “The Kustom Kraft Box”?
Our Kustom Kraft Box is designed for birthdays, parties, baby showers, weddings, or personal indulgence.
This box allows you to choose from any cookie or brownie flavor we offer. Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance and require a minimum of 4 items or more.
A 50% retainer fee is required and will go towards final total.
Do same-day orders require a retainer fee?
No. Same-day orders do not require a retainer fee. Retainers are only required for advance or custom orders to secure production time.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All sales are final. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
Refunds are only issued in the event of an order issue caused by Kookie Kouture.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is limited and may be available upon request for an additional delivery fee. Pickup is the preferred option.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup is located in Southwest Bakersfield, approximately 4 minutes from Ridgeview High School. Exact address details will be provided once your invoice is confirmed.
Do we accommodate allergies?
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. We are not an allergen-free kitchen.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Your order is only confirmed once your invoice has been reviewed and accepted, and—if applicable—your 50% retainer fee has been received.
Retainers are not required for same-day orders.
