Am I limited to the cake designs in your website?
🧁No! Those photographs are merely examples of our work we’ve done in the past. Please feel free to add any inspirational designs you may find to your request for a quote.
Do I need to place my order weeks in advance?
🧁We recommend ordering at least a week in advance for simpler designs and at least two weeks in advance for more complex designs. Please feel free to contact us.
Can I return or exchange bakery items?
🧁Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bakery items, including cakes, cupcakes, and treats. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know and we will address your concerns.
What if I need to cancel my order?
🧁If paid in full, a 50% refund will be issued for any cancellations that are made 72 hours before the date of a custom order. If there was only a deposit placed on the order, a credit will be given of the deposit amount. We do not refund any portion of the purchase price for orders canceled less than 72 hours before the due date and time.

Do you offer delivery services?
🧁Yes, we offer delivery services. We highly recommend that customers allow us to deliver to ensure that tiered cakes and other baked goods arrive safely. If customers choose to transport their own cakes, Konfections by Kesha will not be responsible for any damage caused during transport.
