It is preferable that you place your order at least three weeks in advance of the date your order is needed. This allows me time to prepare and order any tools/ingredients needed to complete your order. However, I do understand that life gets busy and you may not be able to order that far in advance. While I would love to say yes to everyone’s request, it is not guaranteed that if you submit a request with less than three weeks notice that I can accept your order. I have the right to refuse an order if I do not feel I have the time/equipment to complete it properly.

If you order three or more weeks prior to the date, your order is needed: 50% of your order total is required as a deposit upon the confirmation of your order by me is the minimum due to hold your spot. The remainder is due one week before your order is delivered/picked up. Failure to make either payment will result in your order being canceled. You will be given a cancellation date in which your deposit money can be refunded. After that date you will not be refunded as the money was already used towards supplies and ingredients for your order. If you cancel after your full order has been paid on the final payment date, then no refund will be issued as I have already started preparing for your order. If you order less than three weeks prior to the date order is needed : 100% of your order total is required to be paid on the day your order is placed and confirmed by me. Once you have made your payment, there is no refund or cancellation as I will need to use the payment quickly to prepare your order. 

I am currently accepting Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo as forms of payment for orders. 

I offer pick up in Oglesby, Illinois and under special arrangements can offer delivery as well within a 50 mile radius of Oglesby, Illinois. Pick up is from my home location, and the address will be provided in your reminder text/email I sent you the week your order is due. Delivery is free in Oglesby, Illinois, however, deliveries within a 50 mile radius will be charged $.50 per mile round-trip, which is calculated by the mileage to drive from my home to the delivery location and then back to my home.

At this time, I do not offer anything advertised as “allergen free“. For example, gluten-free or dairy free. If you have any food allergies, including, but not limited to wheat, egg, dairy, peanuts, nuts, shellfish, fish, and soy, please know the following disclaimer is clearly labeled on all packaging for each order: This product was produced in a home kitchen, not subject to public health inspection that may also process come in food allergens. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.
