Koli’s Homemade Lamb Buns & Melting moments Delight

Full time working mummy of 3 champions. Work in finance 5 days a week and bake weekends and some weekends when my kids want to eat my baking treats and my customers order lamb buns and my melting moments. Based in Melton, Victoria, and have been baking for over 5 years. Love every minute. Koli’s lamb buns and melting moments was inspired by my kids love for these treats. My daughter would always ask to buy melting moments from supermarket and for lamb buns, would always travel 30mins from home to buy. I thought why not teach myself to make. Thank God my kids love mines more 😅😋 family and friends ask me to make for them, and then just went from there. My lamb bun and Melting moment treats are made from fresh Australian produce/products.
