Hello I’m Nikole, the heart and hands behind Kole’s Cookie Co. I’m a stay-at-home mom of three little ones with a passion for creating beautifully decorated cookies and mini cakes. What started as a way to support my family during a challenging time has grown into a passion-driven business, allowing me to share my love of baking with others. Every treat is made with care in my inspected kitchen, using only quality ingredients to ensure they taste as good as they look. Decorated sugar cookies- $45/Dozen

(Standard 3.5-4in cookies)

Huge 3oz cookies- $36/Dozen

Standard size 2oz cookies- $24/Dozen

Lunchbox cake- $20 with custom writing. $25 with edible image.

(4in 2 layer cake filled and decorated with American buttercream frosting.)

*Price may increase depending on design complexity. (Ex. Custom toppers, names, or other supplies/extra time that may be needed for your design)

*A $20 rush fee will be added to all orders placed with less than 7 day notice!*

Order Policy

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and both parties agree on the details. Delayed payment may result in your requested date becoming unavailable, as availability is limited.

Important Notes

• If you cannot pick up your order on the scheduled day, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Unclaimed orders will be donated and are non-refundable.

Order Process

1. Submit an Inquiry

All orders must be placed through our website.

2. Secure Your Order

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Orders are only reserved once the deposit is received.

3. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup. Unpaid orders will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Turnaround Time

Orders require 1–2 weeks, depending on design and availability.

Inspiration photos are welcomed however, all orders will be decorated in our unique style.

Pickup & Delivery

• Arrangements must be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Shipping

• Available within the U.S. at an additional fee.

Care Instructions

• Do not refrigerate decorated cookies or leave them in a vehicle, as this may ruin the design.

• Once picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage.

• Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. To thaw, let cookies come to room temperature BEFORE opening airtight container to maintain integrity of design.

Packaging

• All cookies are heat-sealed for freshness.

• All items are thoughtfully packaged to ensure protection during transport. We take great care to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Policies & Liability

• Dates are only reserved after a 50% non-refundable deposit is received.

• Final payment must be made 24 hours before pickup or the order will be canceled without refund.

• Additional charges for complex designs will be communicated before payment.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, melted, or damaged products after pickup.
