Deposit & Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders over $50. This deposit must be made at the time of ordering or at least 2 weeks prior to your event date.

• For large orders, a 50% deposit is required a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event date, with the full balance due 2 weeks before the event.

• We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Chime. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported immediately upon pickup or delivery for review.

Order Requirements & Rush Fees

• Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.

• Last-minute orders (placed less than 5 days before pickup) require a $25 rush fee and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

• No refunds for cancellations.

• Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance may receive a credit toward a future order.

• No changes to orders within 5 days of the scheduled pickup date.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup is by appointment only at the scheduled time.

• A $15 late fee will apply if you are more than 30 minutes late.

• No refunds or credits will be given for missed pickups.

• Limited delivery is available for an additional fee.

Order Responsibility & Food Safety

• Once an order leaves KoKo’s Sugar Shack, we are not responsible for any damage due to mishandling, improper storage, or transportation.

• Cakes and desserts should be stored in a cool, dry place. Some items may require refrigeration, which will be advised upon pickup.

• Our products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

Custom Orders & Design Variations

• Some designs may require extra charges depending on complexity.

• Slight design variations may occur due to the nature of handmade baked goods.

• Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.

Right to Refuse Service

KoKo’s Sugar Shack reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with policies, excessive last-minute cancellations, or unpaid balances.
