Welcome! Koko’s Kreations can create a custom treats, crafts, and decorations for any special occasion. All products are made with quality ingredients and love.
All orders placed are made to order. Custom orders should be placed, at the least, within 2️⃣ weeks of the date needed. There is a fee for any last minute and/or rush orders. Also, any deposit made, is non refundable if the materials have already been purchased for the order.
All other orders may have a 2 day turn around time. This excludes holidays as must items are not customized and available readily.

📦 DELIVERY 🚚
🆙 Pick Up is free: Sisters Hospital Area in Buffalo, NY. Orders that are not picked up within two hours after the scheduled pick up time are sold to another customer and your deposit will be forfeited. We will not save products as the longer they sit, the less likely that they remain safe for consumption. Quality always prevails ❤️ 📦 Shipping: Shipping is available for $20.00, within the 🇺🇸 United States. 🚚 Delivery: Local delivery is available. Deliveries will go out at clients preferred time and clients will be given a notice when deliveries begin route. Refunds will not be issued for clients unable to retrieve packages within a ten-minute wait period of the driver arriving. Please be mindful of others time as other customers are also waiting on their deliveries. 💌 After receiving your order, we will not be held responsible for damages to your items. We highly encourage you to keep any product in cool temperatures on a flat surface. We do our best to ensure that your item is stable for safe, reasonable transport.
💰DEPOSIT 💸
🎀 All orders are made fresh, so we can not guarantee same day orders. Same day orders are subject to a $15.00 rush fee. ‼️All orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of placing the order. The remaining balance can be paid at pick up. For deliveries, the remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery. Orders are not considered booked until deposit is received and confirmation has been sent. 🔔 All orders are automatically designated as a pick up order, unless delivery is requested.
