We recommend ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance for standard orders, and 3 weeks for large orders, especially during busy seasons. We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders but availability may be limited. 4. What is your minimum order for cookies? Our minimum order is typically a dozen (12) cookies l, but we may be able to offer smaller quantities for gifts. Contact us for more details. 5. Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver? We offer both pick-up and delivery options. Local delivery is available for an additional fee, or you can pick up from our location at your convenience. 6. How are the cookies packaged? Each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed for freshness. For larger orders or gifts, we offer custom packaging options, such as gift boxes or themed packaging for an additional charge. 7. How long do your sugar cookies stay fresh? Our cookies stay fresh for about 1-2 weeks when kept in their sealed packaging. They can also be frozen to extend their freshness up to 3 months. 8. Can I cancel or modify my order? Cancellations and modifications are accepted up to 7 days before the pick-up or delivery date. Custom orders may have specific terms, so please check with us if changes are needed. 9. What is your pricing? I try to keep pricing as straightforward as possible so the price on the order request is the price you pay. I don’t up charge for specific designs. 10. How do I store my cookies? Store cookies in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Putting them in an airtight container is best. They don’t need refrigeration, but if you want to save them for a longer time, they can be stored in the freezer. Just let them come to room temperature before enjoying.
