Knead More Dough

Hello! I’m Courtney, the baker behind Knead More Dough! What started as a “just something to do while I’m home with the kids”, quickly escalated into a full-blown obsession with sourdough and here we are!

I’m a mom of two (a little boy and a little girl), a wife to Austin and a dog mom to Bruno, who would like it formally noted that he was here first and therefore considers himself in charge!

I don’t shy away from a challenge, especially if it involves flour, my starter and kneading dough!
