We had the absolute best experience with Knabe Cakes! Amber made the most amazing safari cake for my son’s 3rd birthday, and it turned out absolutely perfect! It looked incredible and matched our inspiration picture so beautifully. Amber was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything so easy and stress free. You can truly tell how much care and love she puts into her work. The cake was not only beautiful but delicious too, and it made my son’s birthday extra special. We will definitely be using Amber for all of our cakes moving forward! Excellent cake and service

I was impressed with the quality of everything first before even tasting anything! The strawberry smash cake was so cute! Everyone loved it and the flavor of the strawberry buttercream was amazing! She is so communicative and sweet absolutely would recommend!

Absolutely loved how these pull-apart cupcakes turned out! They looked just like the inspiration photo I sent. The kids loved them, especially the little treat on top of each cupcake. I’m not a sweets person, so I can’t personally speak to the taste, but judging by how quickly they disappeared and all the compliments they received, they were definitely a hit.

Amber did an AMAZING job on my clients 50th wedding anniversary cake. They wanted it to look like their original and she really brought it to life. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and was always prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank you, Knabe Cakes!

Amber has made 3 cakes for me for different occasions. Each time she has knocked them all out of the park. Not just on design but her cakes are delicious. They are moist and the icing is to die for. I recently had family try her cake and they all commented that it was the best cake that they had ever eaten. Each time I have made a request on a cake she has designed it better than I could have imagined. She is professional and has the biggest heart. You can tell there is a lot of love put into her cakes. I told her that she has a customer for life! No more store bought cakes for me! Thank you Amber!

We absolutely loved this birthday cake for my son’s 6th birthday! The Minecraft theme turned out AMAZING and made his whole day. The detail was so cute and creative, and the cake looked even better in person. Not only was it adorable, but it tasted incredible too! The vanilla cake with Oreo filling was perfect. Super moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Every single person at the party kept talking about how good it was, and my birthday boy was obsessed with it. If I could leave more than a 5 star review, then I would. I ordered my wedding cake through Amber. I gave her designs to show her my vision and requested an unusual flavor: coconut. Amber created a beautiful blue to white ombre affect for us and then added handcrafted roses. To say I was astonished is an understatement. I can see the dedication and passion Amber has for baking layered throughout the cake she made for me. I will be ordering cakes through her in the future!

I ordered a birthday cake for my wife's 45th birthday. She asked a few questions and made the perfect cake! I chose red velvet and was very moist. We also got a ton of complements on the cake and how great the cake is.

Her cakes are always moist and have a perfect sweetness that isn’t overpowering. I will continue to ask Amber to make cakes for our family’s special events. She’s just the best!

I ordered poinsettia cupcakes in both red and white, and they came out perfectly! It was a huge hit at the wedding with most people getting two and the kids getting more than I can count. From the inspiration to executing what we wanted to perfection, Knabe Cakes is the way to go! They were perfect, and I can't wait to order more for any event in my future.

This was my second cake to get and I was just as impressed and EVERYONE said it was the BEST they had ever had. My daughter’s graduation was in Lubbock at Texas Tech and even the staff loved it!! I can’t wait to need another one!! And the prices are ridiculously crazy for the quality and taste!! You’re missing out if you don’t get one of her cakes!! 💜

Knabe Cakes came through when another bakery completely messed up the cake for our god daughters 1st birthday! We got home and the cake had completely melted and was sliding around the box within 20 minutes of us getting it home. After telling Amber what happened and what we needed, she was more than happy to help and had it ready in the perfect amount of time! Everyone thought the cake was delicious and beautiful! Definitely recommend her for your baked needs!
