We ask for at least 2 weeks notice. Anything less than 1 week can be charged up to $50 rush fee if accepted.

Yes. We will discuss requests if order is accepted.
Dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free)?
We do not currently offer any vegan, gluten-free products.
What are your most popular cake flavors?
Our most popular flavors are red velvet, vanilla, and marble cake.
What is the best way to store and serve my cake?
All of our cakes are best served at room temperature. Every order is meant to be served on the date that it is picked up or delivered. This is when the order is at its freshest!
If you have leftovers or need to store your cake overnight, please wrap the cake in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container and refrigerate. Please allow enough time for your cake to come to room temperature before serving.
What frosting do you offer?
All custom cakes are done with buttercream. We offer traditional vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream, & strawberry buttercream. We offer cream cheese for non-custom cakes.
Do you make custom cookies?
No. We do not currently offer custom cookies.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
Yes. We do offer wedding cakes and are currently developing a cake tasting box.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date and cover time spent on planning and design.
What if I cancel my order?
If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded. If final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
Can I change my order?
Changes must be requested at least 7 days before your event and are subject to availability and additional charges.
What if I don’t pick up my order?
Missed or late pickups are considered forfeited orders and are not eligible for a refund.
Do you offer refunds for taste or design preferences?
No. Because items are custom-made, taste, color, or design interpretation differences are not refundable.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Any issues caused by us must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, with photos. Approved issues may receive a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.
Is this policy legal in South Carolina?
Yes. South Carolina law allows non-refundable deposits and “all sales final” policies for custom goods, as long as the policy is clearly disclosed before payment.
