Policies
Order Policies and Fees
Thank you for choosing Kita's Cupcakery LLC for your special occasions. To ensure the smooth processing of your order, please review our policies and associated fees:
Rush Fee:
A $50 rush fee applies to any cake order placed with less than 2 weeks' notice. This fee must be paid upfront in addition to the full cake price.
For cupcakes, a $20 rush fee will be applied to orders placed under short notice.
Late Pick-Up Fee:
A $10 fee will be charged for late pick-ups beyond the scheduled time.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits for orders must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in a $10 invoice fee.
Delivery Fee:
$50 (No Exceptions)
EDIBLE IMAGES ARE $15 PER IMAGE
ANYTHING WITH LIQUOR PRICES VARY
SUGAR-FREE ITEMS ARE $25 EXTRA ON TOP OF THE PRICE
🚨🚨 NOTE: ONLY ONE CUPCAKE FLAVOR UNLESS ORDERING 2 OR MORE DOZEN CUPCAKES, ANYTHING UNDER 2 DOZEN IS AN ADDITION $10🚨🚨
Orders not paid within 48 hours of booking will be subject to cancellation.
Payment and Refund Policy:
Full payment for orders is due by 11:59 pm three days before the scheduled pick-up to avoid cancellation.
We issue store credit only; no cash refunds will be provided.
Allergen Disclaimer:
Our products may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, chocolate, and nuts. Please inform us of any allergies in advance. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
Product Liability:
Once you receive your order, we are not liable for any mishaps.
Please refrain from face smashing with cakes, as some may contain support sticks that could cause harm.

Credit/Debit Card info
If you use a credit card/ debit card to pay through the app there is a 5% convenience fee that is due at the time you make your deposits on top of the deposit
