In this beginner class, you will learn several different techniques:   * Baking methods and techniques (How to get that perfect shaped cookie) * How to make, color and get the right royal icing consistency for both piping and flooding * Piping techniques * Flooding techniques * Wet on wet techniques * Drying and storing cookies   You’ll also be given a go-to recipe for roll-out cookies, an easy royal icing recipe, and a box to transport your finished cookies.
