My name is Chef Bre, and I am honored that you are considering Kingdom Sweets for your special occasion. I am committed to creating beautiful and delicious desserts while providing exceptional customer service. To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. CONSULTATIONS & COMMUNICATION

I am happy to assist you with bringing your cake vision to life.

* Phone Call

Once your inquiry is received, I will discuss your design ideas, event details, flavors, sizing, pricing, and availability.

2. ORDERS & BOOKING

* Orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure availability.

* Some custom designs may require additional notice depending on complexity.

* Orders are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

* Availability is based on the order in which deposits are received.

* Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and may incur an additional fee. And must be added to order.

3. PAYMENTS

* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and order.

* The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your order.

* The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

* Orders with unpaid balances after the due date may be canceled without refund of the deposit.

* Production may be paused or delayed if payment requirements are not met.

Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the booking process.

4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & DATE CHANGES

* Due to the custom nature of our products, all deposits are non-refundable.

* Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.

* Date changes may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested as soon as possible.

* If Kingdom Sweets is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued for any payments made.

5. DESIGN & CUSTOM CAKES

* Inspiration photos are welcomed and encouraged.

* While every effort will be made to match your inspiration, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

* All cakes are handcrafted, and slight variations in color, decorations, or placement may occur.

* By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept Kingdom Sweets’ creative interpretation of your requested design.

* Design changes requested after booking may result in additional charges.

6. PICKUP & DELIVERY

Pickup

* Pickup times must be scheduled in advance and adhered to.

* Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup.

* Once the order has been picked up and accepted, Kingdom Sweets is no longer responsible for damages resulting from transportation, handling, or storage.

Delivery

* Delivery may be available for an additional fee based on location.

* Delivery fees are non-refundable.

* An adult must be present to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.

* Once delivery has been completed, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

7. CAKE CARE & STORAGE

* Cakes should be stored according to the care instructions provided.

* Buttercream, whipped cream, and specialty cakes are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight.

* Cakes should remain refrigerated when appropriate.

* Kingdom Sweets is not responsible for damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, handling, or environmental conditions.

8. ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS

* Customers must notify Kingdom Sweets of any food allergies before placing an order.

* While precautions are taken, products are prepared in a kitchen that may process:

* Eggs

* Dairy

* Wheat/Gluten

* Nuts

* Soy

* Other common allergens

* Kingdom Sweets cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. COMPLAINTS & QUALITY CONCERNS

* Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

* Clear photographs must be provided when applicable.

* Taste preferences, personal opinions regarding sweetness, flavor choices, or design decisions approved prior to production are not grounds for refunds.

* Each concern will be reviewed individually and addressed appropriately.

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

* Kingdom Sweets reserves the right to photograph completed products for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

* Customer personal information will never be shared without permission.

By placing an order with Kingdom Sweets and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
