I bake out of my home kitchen in South Fargo. The exact address is provided after your order is confirmed.
When do I pick up my order?
Pickup windows are listed when you order.
Weekly Orders: Saturday or Sunday
Holiday Orders (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.): Special pickup dates will be listed on the shop page.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — delivery to Fargo offices is available for a flat $7 fee. Delivery is only available on weekdays and must be selected at checkout.
How do I pay?
Payment is required at checkout.

When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment is made. Orders without payment cannot be added to the bake schedule.
Do you allow same-day orders?
No — all items are baked fresh and require time to ferment and prepare. Orders must be placed before the posted cutoff (usually Tuesday at 5 PM).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, everything is already in the prep schedule.
What if I miss my pickup time?
Please message me as soon as possible. Missed pickups may not be refundable since everything is made to order.
What flavors do you offer?
I offer a rotating menu of artisan sourdough including:

• Everything Bagel
• Jalapeño Cheddar / Bacon Cheddar
• Honey Oat
• Chocolate Chip
Plus: caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, cookies, English muffins, and mini/pumpkin-shaped loaves.
Are your products homemade?
Yes — everything is baked fresh in my home kitchen under North Dakota Cottage Food laws.
Do you accommodate allergies?
I can note ingredients, but all items are made in the same kitchen and may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, or nuts. Cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies, please order with caution.
How should I store my sourdough?
• Same day: Leave it on the counter, uncovered.
• Next 2–3 days: Keep it in a paper bag or bread box.
• Longer storage: Slice and freeze — sourdough freezes beautifully.
Do you offer custom orders?
Depending on the week and my bake schedule, I may be able to take custom requests. Message me and I’ll do my best to help!
Do you ship your products?
Not at this time — pickup and local delivery only.
