Kim’s Cookie Jar

Hi! I’m Kim, a girl who has always loved to decorate sweet treats.

I have found my passion in decorating sugar cookies with an almond glaze frosting.

A few quirky, fun facts about me:

- My love for decorating treats was sparked when I learned how to decorate ice cream cakes at Dairy Queen in high school!

- A bucket list item for me was to make a wedding cake. I made my cousins cake and couldn’t wait to get it out of my house! It was soooo stressful! I decided to never do cakes for others after that!

- My favorite part of the cookie process is adding the finishing touches to my cookies.

- Everyone always asks my kids if they get to help. ‘Heck no’ is my answer! Sorry kids, I love ya, but no licking fingers aloud!!

- I am a messy, messy decorator! Not sure what I would do without my plastic scrapper to chip dried on icing off the table and floor!

- When I’m not baking, I’m thinking about baking….and the upcoming holiday or order!
