I started making Cheesecake around 2013. I really enjoy it.
It all started from a recipe a friend asked me to try. It was good but not what I thought it should be, so I went to work on it and created the recipe I use today that I made after trying different measurements and ingredients a multitude of cakes later. I get told by lots of people that it’s the best they’ve ever had. People that don’t even like cheesecake like mine. I use my same base recipe for each flavor and add to it to make it different flavors so you still get the thick, creamy, & yummy taste in every bite.
