1.1 Kharee’s Kakes and More specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes, desserts, and baked goods.

2. Order Policy
2.1 Custom Orders: All custom orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit/payment.
2.3 Minimum Order: Certain products may have a minimum quantity requirement. Please check product descriptions for details.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for custom orders.
3.2 Full Payment: Full payment must be made at least 2 days before the order pickup or delivery date.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, ApplePay, etc.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations:
• Cancellations made 7 days before the delivery or pickup date may receive a partial refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
4.2 Refunds: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.
5. Pickup and Delivery Policy
5.1 Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location. Late pickups may incur additional fees.
5.2 Delivery:
• Delivery is typically available within 80 mile radius from Charlotte, NC.
• Delivery fees apply based on distance.
5.3 Responsibility: Once an order is picked up or delivered, Kharee’s Kakes and More is no longer responsible for damages.
6. Allergen Information
6.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.
6.2 Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
7. Design and Artistic License
7.1 We strive to create cakes and baked goods that meet your design expectations. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
7.2 Kharee’s Kakes and More reserves the right to use photographs of your order for marketing and portfolio purposes.
8. Liability
8.1 Kharee’s Kakes and More is not liable for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or transport after the order is picked up or delivered.
8.2 We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or supply chain issues.
