Payment Policy 3.1 Deposits: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for custom orders. 3.2 Full Payment: Full payment must be made at least 2 days before the order pickup or delivery date. 3.3 Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, ApplePay, etc. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 4.1 Cancellations: • Cancellations made 7 days before the delivery or pickup date may receive a partial refund. • Deposits are non-refundable. 4.2 Refunds: Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. 5. Pickup and Delivery Policy 5.1 Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location. Late pickups may incur additional fees. 5.2 Delivery: • Delivery is typically available within 80 mile radius from Charlotte, NC. • Delivery fees apply based on distance. 5.3 Responsibility: Once an order is picked up or delivered, Kharee’s Kakes and More is no longer responsible for damages. 6.
