A non-refundable retainer fee is required to book all orders. This fee will go towards your order and secures your date.
Final payment is due 24 hours before pickup.

Policies
Order Policy- Please read Before Placing Order
KG DELIGHTS’ products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. A 50% Non-refundable retainer fee is required to book a date. This fee will go towards your order total. No retainer = No Order Booked If you need to reschedule, retainer may be used towards your rescheduled date (subject to availability). Retainer will not be refunded. At least 48 hour notice is required, otherwise retainer will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. If products are not picked up within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and a new retainer will be required to rebook. All quotes are valid for 72 hours. If a retainer fee is not deposited, your quote will be rescinded and a new order form will have to be filled out and subject to an updated price. Once order has been received, KG Delights is no longer liable. If you find there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
Pickups & Deliveries
We offer scheduled pickups in Ocala, FL. Deliveries are available for an extra fee to Sumter county, and Marion county. Please note your preferences when placing your order.
