I’m Kesh, the owner of Kesh and Cay’s Desserts LLC. Baking has always been more than just mixing flour and sugar for me—it’s been a source of healing and joy. As a domestic violence survivor, I know what it means to walk through fire and still find beauty on the other side. My desserts are born from that journey of resilience and love. Each cake, cupcake, and sweet creation is a celebration of life, strength, and the simple joys that remind us love is still sweet. When you order from me, you’re not just getting dessert—you’re tasting a piece of my story, baked with hope and sprinkled with gratitude.

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Kesh and Cay’s Desserts LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Orders All orders must be placed in advance. Custom cake orders require at least 2 weeks’ notice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to decline any order based on availability, design requests, or scheduling. 2. Payments Payment in full is due to book and confirm your order for most items. Wedding Cakes Only: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Final payment is due no later than 30 days before delivery. Orders not paid in full by the deadline may be canceled. We accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit card. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery will not be refunded. If Kesh and Cay’s Desserts is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. 4. Pick-Up & Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup/delivery details. Once an order is picked up or delivered, Kesh and Cay’s Desserts is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, handling, or storage. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance. 5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions While we take care in preparing our desserts, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. We are not liable for allergic reactions—it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any dietary restrictions. 6. Design & Creative Rights We will do our best to recreate requested designs; however, exact duplication of images, colors, or styles cannot be guaranteed. Photos of your order may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. 7. Liability Kesh and Cay’s Desserts is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur from the consumption of our products once delivered or picked up.
