We understand that plans can change! Please contact us at least 72 hours before your pickup or delivery date to make changes or cancel. (You may or may not be entitled to a refund on your deposit if products we’re already made, bought, etc.)
Do you make vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly items?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Some of our treats may be made without certain ingredients — just let us know your requirements when ordering. Otherwise, we will inform you if we can meet your standards or not. (Please note: we are not an allergen-free kitchen.)
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! We’d love to bring your vision to life. Custom cakes, cupcakes, and pastries can be ordered with at least 2 weeks notice.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For everyday items, 1–2 days’ notice is perfect. For custom cakes or large events, please allow at least 2 weeks so we can plan and prepare your order with care.
When is a good time to schedule an order?
We’re available whenever the calendar says, but it can change—so be sure to check our schedule often!
What payment methods do you accept?
As of now we accept [ Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, Cash app]. A deposit will be required upon order placement depending on scheduling date.
How can I receive my order?
As of now only pick-up and drop-off is available in Houston, Tx or surrounding areas. Delivery through mail soon will be available in the near future.
