Pricing
Custom Sugar Cookies: $48/dozen (base price; may increase depending on flavor, difficulty of design and quantity of colors needed). 
Holiday/Seasonal Sugar Cookies: all cookies offered for holidays and seasons are available for purchase; see listing details for prices.
Discounts are not offered on bulk orders. Each cookie is baked and decorated fresh, which requires time and therefore is not subject to discounts. 

Packaging
Each cookie is individually heat sealed to ensure freshness. Cookies are packaged in a bakery box for your convenience. Special packaging may be used for holiday/seasonal orders. 

Quotes/Availability
I am happy to provide quotes for custom orders. You may send me photos for inspiration; however, I will not make copyrighted characters or images. I also will not make an exact replication of another baker's work. 
Please be aware that when inquiring about available dates, availability changes often. As a result, your requested date is not confirmed until deposit has been paid. 

Deposit Policy
Orders less than 1 dozen cookies must be paid in full at the time of ordering. For orders over 1 dozen cookies, a deposit in the amount of 50% of your total order is required in order to confirm. This retainer fee allows me to purchase ingredients for your order and to block out time in my schedule to bake and decorate your cookies. Deposit is required within 48 hours of placing your order; order is not confirmed or scheduled until this deposit is paid. Failure to pay the deposit within that timeframe will result in cancellation of order request. 

Order Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order, you will be given a credit for the full deposit amount to be applied to a future order. Orders cancelled less than one week from your pick up date will not receive credit for a future order. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, full refund will be issued. 
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order. 

Changes to Order
You may request changes to your order (cookie design, quantities or pick up date) and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Order changes must be requested at least one week prior to your scheduled pick up date and are subject to additional fees.
