All orders can be placed directly through my Bakesy shop. For custom decorated cookies, please submit a custom order request form with your details. I will follow up with availability and a quote.
How far in advance should I order?
I recommend placing orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance for standard items and 2–4 weeks in advance for custom orders. Availability is limited and dates can book quickly.
Do you accept last minute orders?
Occasionally! Last-minute orders depend on availability and may include a rush fee. Feel free to reach out, but availability is not guaranteed.
How does pricing work for custom orders?
Custom pricing is based on size, design, and level of detail.

• Tiered cakes start at $200+
• Decorated cookies start at $45/dozen
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
When is my remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to pickup or delivery.
Where are you located?
I offer porch pickup in Quincy, IL. The exact pickup address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available within Quincy and surrounding areas for an additional fee.
Can you copy a design I found online?
I use inspiration photos as a reference, but I do not guarantee exact replicas. Each order is custom and may have slight variations.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Once an order is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
All items are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. I am not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee no cross-contact. Please inform me of any allergies when you place your order!
How should I transport and store my order?
Keep your order on a flat surface, in a cool, air-conditioned environment, and out of direct sunlight. Cakes are best stored at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.
