If the cookies are heat sealed they will last between 2-3 weeks on the counter top. Unsealed cookies will last 1-2 weeks in an air tight container.
Do cookies need to refrigerated?
No, I use meringue powder for my icing which doesn’t require refrigeration. Actually, refrigerating can cause icing colors to bleed.
Can cookies be frozen?
Yes, my cookies can be frozen. Placed in a freezer gallon bag and an air tight container, cookies will last up to 3 months in the freezer. Make sure you let frozen cookies come to room temperature before opening container/ziploc bag, otherwise condensation could cause icing to bleed.
Do you have gluten free options?
Unfortunately I do not at this time, but something I am working on.
Do you have dairy free options?
Yes! The only dairy used in my cookies is butter. And luckily, there are many really great dairy free butter options!
