What’s The Hype About Sourdough?

Sourdough is a naturally leavened bread. It’s long fermentation process makes it great for digestion. Sourdough is good for your gut and is good for gluten-sensitive (not celiacs) people. Sourdough does not spike blood sugar and can be a better option for diabetics.
