Thank you for choosing Keeks Treats!! please review the following policies before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation & Payment
β’ A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure all custom orders.
β’ Orders are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
β’ The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to pickup or delivery.
β’ Orders not paid in full by the due date will be automatically canceled without refund of the retainer.
β’ Orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance.
β’ Rush orders (if accepted) are subject to additional fees and availability.
2. Custom Design & Approval
β’ All order details (theme, spelling, colors, size, flavors, event date) must be finalized at the time of booking.
β’ Minor changes may be accommodated at our discretion.
β’ Keeks Treats is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.
β’ Inspiration photos are welcomed!!
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
β’ All retainers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
β’ Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for any refund.
β’ Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
β’ Refunds will not be issued based on taste preference or change of mind.
4. Pickup Policy
β’ Pickup times are scheduled and must be honored.
β’ A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
β’ Late pickups will incur a $5 late fee.
β’ Orders not picked up on the agreed date may be forfeited without refund.
Once your order leaves our possession, Keeks Treats is no longer responsible for any damage, mishandling, or improper storage.
5. Delivery
β’ Delivery is available for an additional fee.
β’ Once delivery is completed and accepted, responsibility transfers to the client.
β’ Keeks Treats is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery or setup.
6. Allergen Disclaimer
Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients assume full responsibility for allergy-related risks.
7. Storage & Care
β’ Cakes and treats must be stored in a cool environment until serving.
β’ Buttercream and specialty desserts should not be exposed to heat or direct sunlight.
β’ Keeks Treats is not responsible for melting, shifting, or structural damage due to environmental conditions
8. Photography & Marketing
Keeks Treats reserves the right to photograph all products and use images for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
