Capabilities & Pricing Payment Terms: For orders exceeding $100.00, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order and reserve your pickup date. The final balance must be paid one week prior to your scheduled pickup. For orders $80.00 and under, full payment is required at the time of booking. An invoice will be issued once order request has been submitted. If payment is not received within 24 hours of order/invoice confirmation, your order will not be reserved and processed. Please be aware that a quote does not constitute a booking, and quotes are subject to change.

All orders are placed are scheduled for pickup. If delivery is wanted please specify that upon your order request. You may not be able to change to delivery once your order has been confirmed.

Late Fee Policy: • A $15 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. • If payment is not received, you will not receive your treats. ES Payments & Deposits: • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Full payment is due 48 hours before pickup. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation with no refund of the deposit. X Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made less than one week before the pickup date will forfeit the deposit. • No last-minute cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted within 48 hours of pickup. • Pickup Policy: • Pickup location will be confirmed once payment is complete. • Please arrive on time. I will not be responsible for melted or damaged treats if you arrive late. Allergy Disclaimer: • My products are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please order at your own risk if you have allergies. Design Disclaimer: • I do my best to bring your vision to life, but I do not replicate other bakers' work exactly.
