A 50% deposit is required upon booking to hold the requested date. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 14 days before the requested pick up date. Deposits are PARTIALLY refundable if cancellation notice is received 15 days or more from the request pickup date Your Partial refund will be determined based on the amount of work/ supplies order that was already put towards your cake. FULL DEPOSIT REFUNDS will granted up to 3 days after the order date (full refunds will not be granted for last minute orders) Last minute orders are orders that need to be ready in less than 14 days. Last minute orders are NON REFUNDABLE AFTER DELIVERY REFUNDS: A partial refund may be received if it is determined the bakers fault. (Incorrect cake flavor, icing flavor, missing details that can be proven were asked for) No refund will be given for situations at the fault of the customer. (Improper storage, Improper handling, improper transport, missing details that WERE NOT asked for at the time of ordering or anytime after)
