How far in advanced do I need to place order?
At least 2 week week (as long as I have availability)
Anything with less than 2 week lead time will be subject to an additional fee of $25 placed on top of total order. Please contact me directly if you need a rush order.
What is Minimum order?
My minimum order is 1 dozen
Can you match a specific theme or inspirational photo?
Absolutely! I am happy to receive inspiration photos to understand your theme, colors and vision With that said, please note that I do NOT copy another artist's design. Each of my custom sets are uniquely created in my own artistic style.
How many designs can I choose?
1 dozen = 4 designs
2 or 3 dozen = 6 designs
How are cookies packaged?
All cookies individually heat sealed to preserve freshness.
Cookies are packaged in bakery styled box.
Where is pick up?
Pick up is at my home
Delivery is available with additional fees.
Does your cookies contain ALLERGENS?
Yes! My cookies are made in a kitchen that handles daily, eggs, wheat, nuts and soy. At this time, I do not accommodate allergen free products.
Can cookies be put in freezer?
YES. Cookies can be put in freezer. Put in a sealed tight container. To defrost put container from freezer on your counter the night before you need them. DO NOT open container until cookies comes to room temperature. Usually 3-4 hours
NEVER put cookies in fridge.
What is cancelation refund policy?
I understand plans can change. Cancelations made more than 14 days before pickup receives a FULL refund.
Cancelations made 7-13 days before pick up receives 50% refund. Cancelations made within 7 days of pickup are NON. -REFUNDABLE
Do you post customer orders on social media?
YES! Your cookies may be featured on my website or social media platforms!
Can I share photos of my cookies with you?
YES, of course and please tag me! I love seeing my cookies at your events!
