I have two ways to order!
Weekly inventory sales:
Cookie inventory opens on Thursdays at 9am. What I have in stock is placed on my site. These cookies can be picked up next day, Fridays between 4-5. This is a fun way to try new flavors, grab a variety pack for the weekend, or a single cookie for a snack!
Pre-Order:
You can always place an order through my site! These types of orders require at least a one week lead time and are required to be placed in half or full dozen increments. This is a great way to plan in advance for an event!
How far in advance should I order?
I require one week lead time for all orders. You can always reach out to me for orders needed in a shorter time frame. I do work full time and have kiddos in lots of sports so my time is calculated! And my priority it quality for my customers, so I’ll never take on an order that I don’t think I can accomplish.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
For pre orders, yes. Orders are required to be placed in dozen or half dozen increments.
For weekly cookies, no. Orders are based on inventory available.
Can I order a single cookie?
Only during the weekly sales. Cookies go live Thursdays at 9am and are ready for pickup on Fridays. These are based on the weekly inventory available and it changes weekly.
When is payment due?
Upon receipt in most cases.
What is the difference between Basic size and Giant size?
Basic size: 2.5 ounces per cookie
Giant size: 5 ounces per cookie
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! If you plan to freeze your cookies, please note in your order so I can individually package and heat seal each cookie. However, you can then store these cookies in an air tight container in the freezer for up to three months. To thaw, remove the container from the freezer and keep the lid sealed until the cookies are thawed, about 3-5 hours before needed.
Do you ship your cookies?
My cottage food certification allows me to ship within California, however, being a new business I am still working on figuring this out! These types of orders will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Are your cookies allergen free?
No. All of my cookies include flour, eggs and butter. All cookies are baked in my home kitchen that contains nuts.
Do you deliver?
Not at this time. All orders are required to be picked up at my home.
Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan cookies?
I do not have any gluten free or vegan cookies at this time. But they are on my to do list!!!
