About
I love baking and cooking for my family. I find joy in sourdough the most, each loaf is unique and amazing. It doesn't end at sourdough, I create amazing savory snacks and sweets some with starter and some without.
All my loaves are made with high quality organic glyphosphate free whole wheat flour, with less than 25% unbleached bread flour in each loaf. They contain hard red wheat, hard white wheat and einkorn flour.
When I'm not baking you will find me at the gym or in my vegetable garden. I work hard to to keep myself and my family healthy.
