Refunds: Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. The owner and the buyer will discuss to come to a resolution. Deposits: 50% deposit MUST be paid to confirm your order. If I do not have the rest of the order paid in full a WEEK before your order is due.. the order will not be fulfilled. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you have any requests, modifications please leave them in the note section! If you fail to pick up an order (24 hours is the MAX) I will hold orders. There will be NO refund given.
