Placing an Order • Orders are considered placed only after they have been reviewed and accepted by our team. • Full payment is required to confirm your order. 2. Order Confirmation • Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed, and production will begin. • Please ensure all details, including flavors, designs, and pickup/delivery arrangements, are finalized at the time of order. 3. No Refunds or Cancellations • Due to the custom nature of our desserts, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed and confirmed. • Please double-check your order details before making payment. 4. Pickup & Storage Policy • Pickup or delivery must occur at the agreed-upon time. We cannot accommodate storage for orders if arrangements have not been made. • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time may incur additional fees or be forfeited. 5. Changes to Orders • Any changes to orders must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval. By placing an order with Karamel Kakes, you agree to these policies.
