Every artist has a different style and will make sure to take your inspiration and ideas and craft them into something magical and unique! Food Allergies: We take food safety and allergies very seriously and do everything in our power to not cross-contaminate anything that may be consumed by the general public. Please always notify us of food allergies you, your family or party guests may have so we can better assist you! We will not be held responsible for unknown allergic reactions! Deposit: Orders will be considered booked once the deposit has been paid. Deposit must be secure the same day or upon request once the order is established. The deposit will be 50% of the total balance due for the order. The final payment must be paid before delivery or upon collection of the goods. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Delivery Fees: All orders are subject to a delivery fee of $5 and additionally $10 per hour of travel from our location and back up to $100. The hourly rate is subject to change depending on current gas prices in the area and will be discussed with the consumer before completion of their contract. Order Changes: Any changes to your order will be accepted until 1 week prior to the event date. After this any additional changes requested may incur a charge before processing. Collection of items: If you wish to collect your order, it is required to keep the agreed upon time and date. Once the order is collected, the order becomes the sole responsibility of the individual(s) that retrieve it. We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused to the order once it leaves the premises. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, deposits are not refundable. Any additional payments towards the total that have been paid can be refunded IF the order is canceled a week (7 days) prior to the order being due. Photographs: We reserve all rights to photograph your order, before delivery/collection of the items for our own reference. Additionally we reserve all rights to use photographs of your order on all social media platforms or websites we market from. Release and Liability: We will always work with you very closely to ensure you are completely happy with the order you have placed. We shall not be held responsible for your order once it has been collected or delivered. We will advise all consumers of how to properly store their orders beforehand. Order Satisfaction: In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your order, all complaints must be reported in writing and/or the WHOLE order returned to Kandra’s Cottage, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
