BASIC DESIGN TIER
~$36 a dozen~
- 3-4 icing colors, up to 4 different shapes and designs, minimalistic details, simple text, no hand cut shapes
DETAILED DESIGN TIER
~$42 a dozen~
- 5-7 colors, up to 6 different shapes and designs, detailed piping, various phrases & text, metallic details, different textures, volume & dimension effects, simple logos, simple characters
ELABORATE DESIGN TIER
~$48 a dozen~
- Unlimited colors, up to 8 different shapes and designs, detailed piping, various phrases & text, metallic details and shimmers, different textures,volume & dimension effects, complex logos, complex character designs
MINI COOKIES
~$18 a dozen~
- 1.5"-2" cookies, 2-4 colors, up to 3 different basic designs, MINIMUM ORDER 2 DOZEN

For a price quote please submit an inquiry by pressing “Request order” or by emailing us. A quote will be sent via email or text within 48 hours of submission. Be sure to check the availability calendar to ensure your pickup date is available.
We require a 2 week lead time for each order, it is suggested to inquire a month prior to your event to ensure availability. If order proceeds 5 dozen cookies, inquiries must be submitted 3-4 weeks in advance. Submissions made after this time frame will be subject to rush order fees.

Policies
DEPOSITS To secure your order date and confirm your order, a deposit of 50% of the total of your order is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled pick up or drop off date. If the final payment is not received by this time, your order may be cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited. CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel your order we much receive notification 7 days prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery date via email. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit, as preparations may have begun for your order at this time. No refunds or changes will be permitted for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. CHANGES Any changes to the flavor, size, or quantity of your order must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date. After this time, changes may not be possible due to the preparation and scheduling of your order. Changes to the design of custom cookies (e.g., colors, themes, or special additions) must be submitted no later than 5 days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. An additional charge may apply depending on the complexity of the request. Any changes after this time frame cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges, as preparations will already be underway. PAYMENT We accept payments via CashApp, Venmo, cash, checks, and credit cards (subject to a processing fee). For any questions, feel free to contact us. LOCAL PICKUP/DROP OFF If you are located in the Columbus area or nearby cities, we can arrange a meeting or drop-off point for your order at no extra charge. If a meeting point is established for outside those areas, a delivery fee will be charged. Porch pickup can also be coordinated for your convenience. ALLERGENS Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten. If you or anyone receiving the cookies has allergies, please notify us at the time of ordering so we can take extra precautions. Thank you for your understanding and supporting our small business!
