• A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your date. • The remaining balance is due the day before the event date. • Orders are not confirmed until the retainer is received and a confirmation invoice is issued. • Payments are accepted via approved electronic methods only.

• Signature & Premium Packages must be booked at least 7 days in advance. • Rush orders (less than 72 hours’ notice) are subject to a $50 rush fee and availability is not guaranteed. • Custom quantities or substitutions may affect pricing.

• All desserts are custom-made. Exact replication of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed, but overall style, color palette, and theme will be honored. • Final design details must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the event. • Changes requested after this period may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.

• Delivery & setup fees start at $25 and vary by location. • Kake Kouture is not responsible for damage once desserts are delivered and accepted. • If pickup is selected, responsibility transfers to the client upon pickup.

• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will require full payment. • In the rare event Kake Kouture must cancel, all payments made will be fully refunded.

• Kake Kouture desserts are prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. • We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Client assumes responsibility for informing guests.

• Desserts are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours. • Proper storage instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain quality.

• Kake Kouture reserves the right to photograph desserts and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
