Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we don't offer shipping for our Floral Cupcakes due to their delicate nature. We want to make sure they arrive looking as beautiful as when they leave our kitchen! However, we do offer local pickup - feel free to reach out for details.

We offer chocolate and vanilla cupcakes decorated with American buttercream.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We currently don't offer gluten-free options, as our kitchen is not gluten-free certified and we want to ensure the highest level of safety for those with allergies and sensitivities. It is something we hope to explore in the future!
How much notice do you need for custom orders?
We kindly ask for at least 1-2 weeks' notice for custom orders. This gives us enough time to plan, source ingredients, and create the beautiful details we are known for. For larger or more intricate orders (like events), a bit more notice is always appreciated!
Do you offer bulk or event orders (weddings, birthdays, etc.)?
Yes, we love being part of special celebrations! We offer bulk floral cupcake orders for event like weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and more. Reach out with your event details, and we will work together to create something beautiful and delicious.
Is a deposit required to secure my order?
Yes, we require 100% upfront payment to confirm and secure all orders. Since each reservation is made custom and space is limited, full payment helps us reserve your date and begin preparation right away.
For wedding orders booked well in advance, a $100 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event.
What happens if I'm late to pick up my order?
We understand things happen! If you are running late, please just send us a quick message or call. While we will do our best to be flexible, pickupd outside your scheduled time may require rescheduling or additional arrangements depend on our availability that day.
